Simone Gordon had lost her job and was desperate to find resources to help her autistic son. After many closed doors and long waiting lists, she went to social media for help. After two days in a Facebook Group, her son got the services he needed, and a family helped Simone continue her education as well. Her non-profit, The Black Fairy Godmother Foundation, is paying it forward by helping women find permanent housing and deliver food for their families, and helping make children's holidays special.
