Dr. Raymond Keller A.K.A. Cosmic Ray Shares Details of Planet Venus

Dr. Raymond Keller has been involved in UFO reserach sicne 1967, when he was a reporter for the Bedford Times Register in his home town of Bedford, Ohio and a reserach associate with Earl J. Neff, founder of the Ufology Project. Keller has conducted numerous excursions to UFO hot spots througout the world and has communicated directly with extraterrestrials on many accasions.
