The Author and Artist Hour featuring Keri Mangis
Keri Mangis has studied or taught yoga, Ayurveda, herbal medicine, energy work, aromatherapy, Buddhism, Hinduism, Tantra, Christianity, and other spiritual teachings and healing modalities. Today, she is an author, speaker and owner of Curiosa Publishing, LLC. She is a monthly columnist at The Edge magazine, where she writes on the topic of personal transformation. She also writes regularly for Spirituality and Health online, and has had her work featured in The Minneapolis Star Tribune, Elephant Journal, Addicted to Success, and many others.
Keri tries not to wear any labels for too long, but rather sees herself as trying them on for size. She has however been called a cultural provocateur, a hooligan, mindbendingly baddass, and a deep-thought translator. She loves these labels just fine.
As a human being, she seeks to live as authentic of a life as she possibly can. As a seeker, she long to dig deeper into the meanings of everyday life. As a writer, she merges her humanity with her spirituality, to present insights that are in the every day but speak from the soul.
Embodying Soul: A Return to Wholeness—A Memoir of New Beginnings, won several awards, including the 2020 IPA award for Mind, Body & Spirit.
