Sarah's next event, RU OK? For Breakfast, is raising awareness for R U OK Day, a National day of action dedicated to reminding everyone to ask, “Are you OK?” and to remember every day of the year to support people who may be struggling with life’s ups and downs.
At the event, you will hear from four amazing and inspiring speakers and get behind this National Charity dedicated to inspiring all of us to have regular, meaningful conversations to support anyone struggling with life.
They will be introducing Nicola Lipscombe, Peter Dempsey, Gary Edwards and Bel Ryan
Hear their stories on how they overcame adversity and are now sharing their message to help others.
This year in the build-up to R U OK? Day Pure Potential Events is encouraging everyone to Trust the Signs, Trust your Gut & Ask R U OK?
Our friends, family members and workmates face life’s up’s and downs every day of the year.” “That’s why we’re hosting “Ask someone are you OK? For breakfast” to do what we can to get our community asking, ‘Are you OK?’ and to reach out to anyone they’re worried about”.
